Hesham’s work across African markets led to key connections in the global mining sector, including the late Canadian geologist and engineer Len De Melt, whose partnership opened access to major Bolivian mining ventures. Through this collaboration, Hesham became involved in high-grade gold production and the Anaconda copper belt, gaining deep practical experience in mining logistics, processing, and field evaluation. Years of hands-on gold operations strengthened his technical foundation and shaped his long-term approach to mining development. After several successful years in Bolivia, Hesham sold his interests in 2018 and returned to broader commodity activities. Post-Covid, he was introduced to new opportunities in Morocco, whose strong mineral potential aligned with his expertise and vision. Seeing its scale and promise, he shifted his focus and committed fully to building and expanding operations there.
